Introducing Real Deal Guild
Real Deal Guild is a social guild started by Benn Beckman/Manila Crypto which is composed of different types of player that aims to enjoy and at the same time earn while playing.
The mission of Real Deal Guild (RDG) is to Introduce Blockchain games to all players from Philippines and to give them economic opportunities through play-to-earn revolution.
This started with Axie Infinity game that uses cutting edge technology called Blockchain to reward players for their engagement. Axie Infinity allows players to earn Small Love Potion (SLP) token for every victory in the Arena and/or adventure. SLP is an ERC 20 token that is used to breed Axies or can be exchanged for ETH or other tokens in Uniswap, that eventually be converted to cash (play-to-earn objective).
When COVID-19 pandemic hit the entire world, Axie opened opportunities to many Filipinos specially those who are greatly affected and suffered from unemployment during the crisis. The game became their alternative source of income. Amidst the pandemic, RDG was created with the goal of helping and educating more Filipinos about the idea of play-to-earn through Axie Infinity.
Most of our members used to play Cabal online, MU Zypher, RAN online, Priston Tale, Ragnarok 2, DOTA 1 & 2, Counter Strike, League of Legends, PUBG, Valorant, Mobile Legends etc. then later switched to Blockchain games like Axie Infinity. Since they are into mobile games, it became easier for them to get the idea and concept of Axie Infinity.
RDG created various programs for those players who are interested to try or get started with AI such as Scholarship Program which lets scholars borrow Axies with a 70:30 earnings ratio, Play to earn Program which will give a chance for the scholars to own Axies with a required SLP earnings, Breeding Program which gives scholars opportunity to breed their own Axies from Benn Beckman as well as manage, recruit and train their own scholars.
Currently, RDG has a total of 90 Scholars, 6 of them are now Managers namely Qee, Smoker, Feitan, Shadlie, ExwhyZz and Shin-san. In a span of 3 months, RDG has earned around 500k SLP all because of the Guild’s efforts and hardwork.
In RDG, we listen to our member’s opinions and suggestions specially granting their request of Axie upgrades for their improvement. We believe in empowering our Guild members and giving them countless numbers of opportunities. We also believe that our scholars should not remain as scholars and that they should also be a manager in the future.
Aside from Axie Infinity, RDG also wants to introduce KOGs (Key to Other Games) in the Philippines. KOGs are collectible & playable non-fungible tokens (NFTs). It is inspired by our childhood game POGs and can be played online soon. It acts as in-game currency, unlock tournaments and skins, and provide VIP access to special events and virtual metaverses. RDG members are also one of the 1st and 2nd edition holders of KOGs which will be launching their 3rd Edition on March 2021. Last September 2020, KOGs becomes the #1 NFT Collectable on WAX.
KOGs, just like Axie Infinity, will open more opportunities for more people to enjoy play-to-earn games and it is RDG’s aim to educate, introduce and guide Filipinos in Blockchain Games.
