Real Deal Guild’s Q1 of 2022 Progress Update
In this post, Real Deal Guild (RDG) gives its community a recap on the guild’s progress during the 1st Quarter of the year. This progress report includes updates on RDG’s notable achievements, new partnerships, social media stats, member and scholar count, and plans and goals.
We’ve seen many successes during Q1 of 2022, and we would like to take a moment to highlight some of them. In addition, this is an opportunity for us to update you on our events and activities and give you a glimpse into what we have planned for the coming months.
So, without further ado, let’s jump into the report.
The First Quarter has been an exciting time for our community with the introduction and development of new activities and events. These include scholarship slots giveaways, contests, and Esports tournaments initiated by various sub-guilds of RDG.
We started off hosting scholarship and token giveaways sponsored by RDG sub-guild managers and contests that were put on by them, too. These contests include the HappyLand Testnet Campaign, SIDUS Art Contest, and other bigger Esports tournaments such as RDG’s first-ever DOTA 2 and Valorant Tournaments, both sponsored by Khira Gaming.
During Q1 of 2022, we’ve also launched a series of Cryptuhan Episodes on Twitter Spaces, which aims to educate our community about Crypto, NFTs, and Metaverse.
There has been a steady but significant growth of our Discord Members during this Quarter of the year. With 63,000 members strong and counting on our Discord server since last year’s fourth quarter, we’ve seen several individuals who want to learn and hang out with people of the same interest.
We’ve also witnessed a significant increase in our Social Media following during the quarter: the RDG Facebook Page hitting (as of the writing) 52, 657 followers and 43,719 likes, and the RDG Twitter Account reaching 29.9K followers.
Simultaneously, we’ve accumulated a total of 2880 Axie and 5790 Pegaxy Scholars over the Q1 and continued to celebrate growing our scholarships on various P2E games with our “Pay-it-Forward” mindset.
This growth has been the driving factor of RDG to create systematized opportunities for its guild members. So in the latter part of the Quarter, we’ve announced the first batch of RDG’s Verified Sub-Guilds; these guilds have gone through a process of ensuring that they continue to uphold the core values of RDG.
RDG is committed to providing more opportunities for its guild members, which can only be achieved through continued growth and partnerships. Over the Q1 of 2022, we’ve sealed partnerships with OpenBlox, Sidus Heroes, Synergy Land, and Kingdom Raids.
RDG never stops extending its network; hence we continue to seek new partnerships that will help us provide valuable play-to-earn experience to our community.
The NFT and Blockchain Gaming Industry continue to grow. We expect these trends’ development over the year–driven by traditional gamers who want financial success through cryptocurrencies and well-informed newcomers interested specifically in these NFT and blockchains’ potentials.
RDG plans on launching its first NFT PFP Project: Tails of the AfterGlow (TAG) by Q2 of 2022 and will continue to fulfill the roadmap over this year. RDG and TAG team have introduced the project by organizing events, contests, and giveaways, bagging solid growth and overwhelming support from the community.
NFTs and Blockchain Gaming Industry are still in their infancy, and RDG will continue to be an advocate for educating and bridging the gap between traditional and P2E gamers and exploring how we can take this brave new digital era forward by creating opportunities where anyone could be onboarded into what’s ahead.
